Guidelines
  1. In respect of COVID-19, all necessary measures issued by the state & central Govt. would have to be adhered by the passengers. Without adhering to the prescribed measures/requirement, boarding would be denied without any refund..
  2. This is a fixed departure tour, and all departure timings of each destination are fixed. Therefore passengers must ensure they report as per the mentioned scheduled departure on each day of the tour as briefed by our staff.
  3. Passengers bringing excess baggage would not be allowed to take the same in the chopper.
  4. Passengers should carry only soft bags as big suitcase cannot be accommodated in the helicopter.
  5. In case the weight of the passengers is found on a higher side than prescribed limit then extra charges would be applicable after an approval from our technical team.
  6. All temples in DO Dham are located at hight altitude areas. Passengers are advised to carry woollen clothes, raincoat & regular medical kit .
  7. In case the journey is not finished within stipulated time & passengers are not able to visit one or more dhams dues to bad weather /technical reasons then the companies liability shall only be restricted to refund of the ticket amount to the passengers.
  8. Passengers are requested to book their return flight late in the evenings.
Terms & Conditions
  1. Children of 2 year and above will be considered as full passengers.
  2. The booking will be confirmed with 50% of the amount. Full amount has to be deposited 15days prior to the date of journey.
  3. Rescheduling of booking will be done subject to availability and on payment of 10% extra cost if applied 10days before journey date.
  4. From Guptkashi to kedarnath due to govt regulations we will be changing from double engine to shuttle services single engine helicopter and the passanager will be requested to maintain the same arrangement till the end of the trip for all safety reasons.
  5. Passengers travelling together in double engine helicopter may not travel in the same helicopter ,flight during Guptkashi to Keedarnath .
  6. All shuttle flights are planned and executed subject to total & individual weight of the passangers so kindly coorperate.
  7. Company reserves the right to shuffle any destination depending on the weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstance which is beyond our control.
  8. Any extras apart from the meals prescribed in the itinerary will be borne by the passengers directly.
  9. Expenses made towards any new inclusion in the itinerary not mentioned previously in the original itinerary list will be chargeable on the actual basis.
  10. All kinds of expenses including night halt charges that arise because of natural calamity or unforeseen situations shall be borne by guest/customer (in the form of weather, government restriction, strikes, agitation, political disturbances of the other nature etc.)
  11. Passengers weighing more than 75kgs shall be charged an excess wight charges of Rs 1000/- per kg.
  12. There is very limited space for luggage in the chopper only 2kg luggage per passenger will be permitted.
Cancellations Policy

Following cancellation charges will be applicable in case of cancellation by the passengers.:

Before 20 days from the date of the journey – 25% of the amount

Before 10 days from the date of the journey – 50% of the amount

Less than 10 days from the date of journey – No  refund

0630-0730 HRS Dehradun to Badrianth ji

Welcome! you will be welcomed by our crew At 5:45 and they will brief you about the tour. At 6:25 You will board in Helicopter to Fly Badrinath Ji. 

0730- 0830 HRS Badrinath Ji Dharshan

 On reaching at Badrinath Ji our crew will take you to Badrinath Ji Temple for VIP Darshan, Later Return at Helipad.  

0900-0930HRSBadrinath to Guptkashi

At 09:00 hrs you will fly to Guptkashi. On reaching you will changed the Helicopter  for Kedarnath ji. 

0930-1330Guptkashi to Kedarnath Dharshan

Board in the shuttle helicopter  for Kedarnath Ji and on reaching at Kedarnath our crew will accompanying you for VIP darshan of Kedarnath ji.   

1400-1440 HRS Guptkashi to Dehradun Airport

At 14: 00hrs Fly back to Dehradun. End of the Tour
