Return, Refund & Cancellations Policy :

Refund Policy : 

In case your plans change due to any reason, ensure to inform in writing the cancellation/ amendments in plan to the Xperience Journey Pvt Ltd at [email protected]  for a refund of your deposit. 

Any refund due shall be done through the system in accordance with the applicable modification/cancellation rules and refund can be paid through the same payment mode/card/internet banking  as used for original Booking. 

 On cancellation of refundable booking the refund processing will take time between two(2)-to four(4) weeks to show refund back on your account.

Cancellations Policy : 

1. Cancellation charges for domestic tours are outlined as follows:-

    • 25% of the tour cost as a cancellation fee for cancellation before 30 days from the start of the tour
    • 50 % of the tour cost as a cancellation fee for cancellation between 29 days and 15 days from the start of the tour
  • 75 % of the tour cost as a cancellation fee for cancellation between 14 days and 8 days from the start of the tour
  • 100 % of the tour cost as a cancellation fee for cancellation within 7 days from the start of the tour

2. Cancellation charges for international tours are outlined as follows:

  • 30% of Tour cost as a cancellation fee for cancellation before 60 days before the start of the tour
  • 50% of Tour cost as a cancellation fee for cancellation between 59 days 30 days before the start of the tour
  • 100% of Tour cost as a cancellation fee for cancellation within 29 days before the start of the tour

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items may be non-refundable regardless of the cancellation date, including but not limited to:

  • Flights, as per airline policies.
  • Travel insurance policies.
  • Customized or non-standard arrangements.

Partial Cancellations

For cancellations involving a portion of the booking (e.g., one traveler in a group), any applicable fees will apply to the canceled traveler(s).

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within [21-35 business days].
  • Any applicable bank or transaction fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

Changes and Rebooking

  • Date or destination changes may be treated as cancellations and are subject to the same cancellation fees unless otherwise agreed.

Force Majeure

  • In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics), our standard cancellation policy may be adjusted, and credits or rescheduling options may be offered.

Travel Insurance

  • We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen cancellations, interruptions, or delays.
