1. What We Ship

Once you’ve booked a tour, flight, or package with us, we send the following items to you (where applicable):

Flight Tickets: Physical or digital tickets depending on your booking.
Hotel Vouchers: Printed vouchers for hotel bookings.
Travel Itinerary: A complete itinerary for your trip, including travel schedules, accommodations, and activities.
Travel Insurance Documents: If you’ve purchased travel insurance, we will send the documents via email or physical mail.
Special Packages: Souvenirs, tour materials, or travel kits, if included in your package.
2. Shipping Methods

Digital Shipments: For many bookings, we offer digital delivery of documents via email or your personal customer portal. This includes flight tickets, itineraries, and e-vouchers. You’ll receive these documents instantly or within [48] hours after booking.
Physical Shipments: If your booking requires physical documents, such as printed tickets or travel kits, we’ll ship them to the address you provide during booking.
